Welcome home, Tar Heels! The Carolina Student Veterans of America (CSVA) is your campus chapter of the national Student Veterans of America. Transitioning to university life is a unique journey, and our student-run organization is here to ensure you have the community, resources, and support needed to build a strong foundation for success at Carolina and beyond.
Whether you are an undergraduate, graduate, or professional student veteran, or a military-connected family member, there is a place for you here. The CSVA is all about connection. We provide a space to meet and socialize with fellow student veterans, dive into campus life, and make the absolute most of your Chapel Hill experience while giving back to the local community.
Beyond social and networking events, the CSVA works closely with the Military and Veteran Student Success Center and the Dean of Students office to strongly advocate for student veteran awareness, wellbeing, and success across the University.
