The Supreme Court is one of the two divisions of the judicial branch of Student Government. Article VII of the Constitution of the Student Body provides that the Supreme Court is the only organization that has jurisdiction over controversies concerning actions of the executive branch, legislative branch, Board of Elections, or other organizations and committees organized under the authority of the Constitution . This jurisdiction is extended to substantial questions of law arising under the Constitution , the laws enacted under its authority, and the governing documents of the other student organizations and committees recognized under its authority.
