The Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science is a national organization of scientists dedicated to fostering the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American scientists - from college students to professionals - to attain advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in science. Everyone is welcomed, and we encourage all to share their experience as aspiring scientists!
SACNAS
was founded 50 years ago in 1973 and with 140 chapters nationally it is an important advocate for inclusivity in STEM. It is one of the largest multicultural STEM diversity organizations in the United States, and connects scientists from each state and territory.
What SACNAS Means To Me
