Our mission is to empower and mentor undergraduate Carolina Covenant students from rural, underserved, and low-income backgrounds in North Carolina who aspire to careers in medicine, specifically in rural medicine. This aim will be completed by fostering supportive, one-on-one relationships with medical students who understand and are committed to serving underserved communities in NC. Additionally, this program will provide longitudinal mentorship to undergraduate students to support them during professional school applications and interviews.
