Public Relations Student Society of America at UNC-CH

Founded in 1967, the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is the foremost organization for students interested in public relations and communications. We advocate rigorous academic standards for public relations education, the highest ethical principles and diversity in the profession.

Since its founding, PRSSA has served hundreds of thousands of student members, offering educational programs, resources, scholarships, and mentorship opportunities that prepare students for a successful career in communications. Chapters are located on university and college campuses across the U.S. and in Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Puerto Rico. We are headquartered in New York City, and led by a National Committee of PRSSA and PRSA members.
