The Private Equity Society (PES) is a student-led organization dedicated to exploring the world of private equity through education, collaboration, and hands-on experience. Our mission is to help members understand the private equity lifecycle, from deal sourcing and valuation to due diligence, value creation, and exit strategy.

PES provides a unique learning environment through interactive workshops, “Deal of the Week” discussions, guest speakers, and case simulations that prepare members for careers in investing, consulting, and finance. Whether you are brand new to finance or already experienced, PES is open to all students interested in learning how long-term investing can create sustainable value and real-world impact.
