Operation Smile is the largest surgical charity in the world. It has stations in over 60 countries and over 5,000 medical volunteers. Since it was founded in 1982, Operation Smile has changed the lives of over 250,000 children throughout the world. Our organization here at UNC serves to raise awareness about cleft lip/palate, raise money for the cause, and engage in local and international community service.
