The North Carolina Banking Institute (NCBI) is a student-edited legal journal published at the UNC School of Law. In addition to publishing one annual volume, the NCBI hosts a continuing legal education (CLE) program each spring that attorneys and industry regulators from North Carolina and other states attend for CLE credit. The focus of the NCBI is to provide current information on legal topics relating to the banking industry and financial institutions.
