Mentoring Future Leaders in Pharmacy

UNC Mentoring Future Leaders in Pharmacy (MFLIP) is an organization that strives to provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to learn more about the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (ESOP). Each undergraduate student will be paired with a UNC student pharmacist mentor in order to facilitate the learning process. We feel that mentorship is highly important to becoming excellent student pharmacists, pharmacists, and people that can leave lasting impacts on their communities or environments. By working closely with a mentor, each undergraduate will be able to learn more about the UNC Pharmacy School, participate in team/community-building events, cultivate professionalism, as well as develop a desire to strive in the profession of pharmacy.
