The primary function of the UNC Men's Lacrosse Club is to serve as a group for skilled athletes to continue playing lacrosse at a commitment level suitable for maintaining academic responsibilities. One characteristic fostered on the field is leadership, as certain players naturally take on roles that help them prepare for their lives after college, wherever they end up.
