MedUNCedoos

The MedUNCedoos is UNC-Chapel Hill’s premier graduate healthcare A Cappella group, composed of students from diverse health science programs, including medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, public health, and more. Founded in 2009, we provide a unique creative outlet for healthcare students who want to balance their rigorous academic lives with the joy of music.

Our mission is to foster interdisciplinary camaraderie, relieve stress through singing, and enhance the healthcare and graduate community with meaningful performances. We regularly perform at key university and healthcare-related events, such as hooding ceremonies, alumni gatherings, and special memorials like the Anatomy Memorial. Additionally, we engage in community service by performing at hospitals, clinics, and charity events, using music as a way to give back.

By blending healthcare and the arts, the MedUNCedoos creates an enriching and supportive space where students can connect, collaborate, and bring harmony—both in music and in healthcare—to UNC and beyond.
