Mahjong (the four-player kind) might mostly be played in China and Japan, but that doesn't mean that you can't find others to learn from and play with. This is a club for anyone at all to play just about any kind of mahjong, as long as that kind involves more than one player. Mahjong variants the club currently plays includes Hangzhou, Sichuan, Hong Kong, and Japanese, and we're always open to learning more. Our meetings will consist of mostly just playing matches against each other, with some time spent on teaching the basics and/or different strategies depending on the needs of those present.
