The mission of Letters of Love is to provide emotional support to children battling serious illnesses through the creation of hand-crafted, heartfelt letters. We aim to build a community of love and kindness, empowering young people to change the world one card at a time. We offer service hours for card making and volunteering with LOL.
At LOL UNC-CH we spread kindness from students writing and decorating cards for kids battling cancer and other serious illnesses across the country through the global nonprofit Letters of Love Global. By bringing Letters of Love, spanning over 314 clubs (130 of those being at colleges), to UNC Chapel Hill, we have spread support to kids with cancer from the state of North Carolina with the same reach as the chapters in London, California, and India!
