Known for its spacious parlors, large porches, and rocking chairs, Kenan Neighborhood is perfect for those looking to join a close-knit community. It’s location across the street from the Coker Arboretum and a few minutes from East Franklin allows residents to get to classes and social outings within a short time, and the large quad out front ensures there is always a place for students to study and hang out on a sunny day.
About the Residence Hall Association:
RHA stands for the Residence Hall Association and we represent the concerns of over 9,000 residents before the Administration of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, provide diverse social, educational, and philanthropic programs within the residence halls, manage community enhancements, facilitate recognition of residence hall leaders, and foster a sense of community and belonging for all students at Carolina. Look out for RHA’s annual “Kenan Kounty Fair” event held at the end of the Spring semester!
