We aim to help those who: * Have left their country of origin to come study abroad, and/or * Have English as their second language, and/or * Are not familiar with research laboratory operations in a U.S. setting We hope to invite mentors who are willing to share their experiences of going through similar obstacles in adapting to a new learning environment as a non-native English speaker or encountering any confusion related to academia.
