With weekly events, we offer a unique hands-on clinical volunteer experience for our members via free blood pressure screenings for the homeless population. We are unique as we offer our services right at the local community building, IFC, during normal dinner hours. This provides an easy, accessible location for the people we serve. H4H Carolina also provides heart health education and connections with community clinics through bus routes and maps. We also contribute to the health of the homeless population of Chapel Hill through mental health screenings, nutrition education, and oral hygiene kits. We rely on our student volunteers to lead new health initiatives to tackle any other problems they find when working with this community. For the Fall 2026 semester, our monthly GBMs will be held on August 31, September 28, and November 2 at 6PM in Greenlaw 101.
