The Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Club at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill exists to empower both undergraduate and graduate students to explore and learn how to acquire, operate, and grow small businesses through guest speaker lectures, networking with industry professionals, and hands-on deal simulations.

Members of the UNC ETA Club will be surrounded by like-minded peers passionate about finance, private equity, and entrepreneurship. Together, they will gain practical insights from experienced operators, investors, and search fund entrepreneurs while building meaningful connections that extend beyond campus. Through workshops, deal simulations, and exclusive networking opportunities, members develop the analytical and leadership skills necessary to successfully acquire and scale businesses in the lower middle market.
