Ehringhaus boasts over 600 residents, making it an ideal spot for first-years looking to make friends as they acclimate to Carolina. Its location across the street from Hinton James and north of Koury creates a unique social environment, well-suited for spontaneous games of sand volleyball on the lawn or long talks while relaxing using the community’s hammocking poles.

Ehaus’ close proximity to key campus landmarks such as Boshamer Baseball Stadium, Rams Head Rec Center, Chase Dining Hall, and the Student and Academic Services Buildings (SASB) ensures students can take advantage of the academic resources and social opportunities UNC has to offer.
