Carolina Tap Ensemble

Our group is dedicated to creating a community of tap dancers at UNC-CH, as well as introducing people to the style of tap. We have an audition company that is for advanced tappers to get the ability to perform, improve their skills, choreograph, and meet others who love tap.

Throughout the school year, we guest perform on and around campus at various fundraising events as well as in other dance company's showcases.

We hold an annual showcase where we perform all our pieces we worked on throughout the year.

We also go to a dance competition every year to compete with other college dance groups.

We are a fairly small, close-knit group and are always looking forward to welcoming new tappers into our company through our auditions in the fall and spring!
