The Alliance/Allied Health Ambassadors serve the entire Health Sciences department and provide programs and activities that are relevant and beneficial to all departments, often incorporating information about how the different disciplines interact in post-graduate professional settings.

Through the Alliance Health Ambassadors, current Health students will have advocates between themselves and the faculty to provide more opportunities for professional growth through department-wide programs. Future interested applicants will be able to learn more about the Health Sciences programs at UNC from current students and faculty through events organized by the ambassadors.

The Alliance Health Ambassadors strive to provide opportunities for current and prospective students to gain knowledge and skills, not found in their regular curriculum, about the Health Sciences that they can carry with them into their professional careers. It is our hope that the information we provide will be mutually beneficial to both the students and the patients they will serve throughout their careers.
