The purpose of this organization is to spread the knowledge and practice of the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The group needs to exist because jiu-jitsu is a fun and competitive art and a practical method of self-defense.
We train primarily in no-gi, but are looking to expand to both gi and competition-focused classes.

Wednesday 5:00 - 5:45 pm
Friday 5:00 - 6:45 pm
Sunday 12:30 - 1:30 pm
