The Department of American Studies Graduate Student Association (DAGSA) is a group organized to improve the academic, professional, and social experience of all American Studies and Folklore graduate students in the Department of American Studies through effective organization, planning, and advocacy within our department, the university, and the community at large. This organization looks to foster personal and scholarly connections between graduate students in all stages of their degree progress. Additionally, it holds space for graduate students to raise any concerns they may have and to establish mutual support.
