Black on Track Fellowship Program connects Black first-year students at UNC with upperclassmen mentors to help them navigate college and find their place at Carolina. Through mentorship, social events, community service, and professional development, we create opportunities for members to build meaningful relationships and grow personally, academically, and professionally. Our goal is to build a supportive community where students feel comfortable asking for help, celebrating their accomplishments, and giving back to those who come after them.
