Through HRMA, students will have the opportunity to network with professionals and learn how to access resources that will help them get their foot through the door. The operations of this club will be managed by the executive board and specialized teams that members will be encouraged to join. This hands-on structure allows students across all academic disciplines to gain experience while exploring how HR functions across various industries. Students of all majors are welcome to learn about how HR is active in every career path and receive opportunities to network with HR professionals and recruiters in their prospective job field.
