The Medical Advancements Journal Club (MAJC) gives UNC medical students a regular, peer-driven space to stay current on new research and technology in medicine. At each meeting, members present recent publications that interest them, then lead a group discussion of each study’s findings, limitations, and clinical impact. Presenters rotate, so every member gets practice critically appraising literature and building the continuous-learning habits expected of physicians. MAJC is open to all medical students. All you need is curiosity.
