WELx is a supportive community at UNC-Chapel Hill that helps women explore and strengthen their unique skills for success in business and entrepreneurship. As an “un-book club,” members can join without reading beforehand. Each session highlights key takeaways from leadership and business books, followed by guided discussion.
Participants learn valuable soft skills from experts and peers, gain confidence in professional communication, and have the option to lead sessions to build presentation experience. Our mission is to empower women through learning, connection, and real-world skill development.
