UNC-CH Womens Team Handball Club

The CWTHC is designed to promote and develop the sport of Team Handball! This club teaches members the rules and skills required to enjoy and compete in Team Handball. Through practice and competition, the members will experience the rewards associated with small group interaction, training, and competitive play. The club will focus on the current and future development of the sport of Team Handball at the university, regional, and national levels.

UNC Women’s Team Handball Club focuses on improving our women as athletes, handball players, students, and leaders.

We practice 2-3 times each week and travel to 2-3 tournaments each semester.

We are one of the few sports that takes people of EVERY talent and experience level and train you to become some of the best college players in the country! We guarantee you’ll be hooked once you play in your first tournament!

How to Join: Open membership/Join at any time: Practices Monday and Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:45PM. No experience needed, though prior sports/athletic experience would be helpful.
