UNC-CH Women's Ultimate Frisbee White - Electra

UNC Electra is a women's and gender-diverse developmental Ultimate Frisbee team . We focus on developing fundamentals in all of our players and work towards creating a fun and welcoming frisbee environment for all who want to join. Electra practices 3 times a week and attends approximately 5-6 tournaments throughout the school year, which are usually located in North Carolina or Virginia. We are dedicated to the spirit of the game and fun!

The purpose of Women's Ultimate White is to bring Ultimate to the women of UNC at a level where they feel comfortable learning and playing throughout the school year. This team brings a relaxed atmosphere in which the players can learn how to throw, mark, and generally play Ultimate. It is very different from any other sport offered currently. Membership to the club team is open to all undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in playing Ultimate. No cuts will be made from this team, so people of all skill levels are welcome.

How to Join: Tryouts; We have joint tryouts with our A team, Pleiades. You can try out for both or either team, but we will take anyone/if you get cut from Pleiades. Additionally, we prefer not to have lat
