Our organization seeks to promote the sport of tennis, to compete with other schools, to develop community, and to serve the community of Chapel Hill with tennis and recreational services. We strive for the improvement of skill for individuals on our team and portraying the Carolina Tar Heel spirit in competition.
Club Tennis is a competitive co-ed tennis team made up of UNC Chapel Hill undergraduate and graduate students. We hold optional practices five days a week. We also travel to many tournaments throughout the year and schedule matches with other club teams in the area. Our team consists of about 120 members and our motto is 'Club Love'. Outside of tennis, we have team dinners and other social activities.
How to Join: Tryouts; fall tryouts are our main tryouts (info found at Club Sport Fest or @uncclubtennis on instagram), spring tryouts are conditional on number of members already on the team. Please do not request membership on HeelLife (this website)! Thank you for your interest!
Dues: $150 for the year but can pay $75 if only doing one semester due to study abroad. We also require each member to participate in at least one fundraising/volunteering event per semes
