UNC-CH Club Baseball

UNC-CH Club Baseball seeks to provide a competitive team environment for UNC-CH students to compete in a non-varsity baseball atmosphere.

The best way to get information about club baseball is to attend Fall Fest and sign up at the beginning of the year. Messaging the team via Instagram is another great method for obtaining information about the team and tryouts (Instagram: @uncclubbaseball). We hold tryouts in the fall and then play games throughout the fall and spring. In the Spring, we play on average 7-8 three-game series against conference/non-conference opponents. We practice Mon-Fri and expect players to attend a minimum of 3 practices a week. The team consists of 20-25 students.

We are part of the Mid-Atlantic Conference (South Division). The teams in our conference are NC State, Elon, East Carolina, High Point and Appalachian State. We strive to win our conference, hold a national ranking, and compete in post-season play every year.

We’ve raised about $7,000 through fundraising such as discount cards, a letter drive, and benefit nights on Franklin Street.
