About Us:
The UNC All-Girl Cheer team is the only competitive cheerleading team on campus. It provides an opportunity for athletes who are involved with cheerleading to maintain/improve their tumbling and stunting skills all while being a part of a fun and competitive environment. Additionally, we participate in NCA Camp, community service, exhibitions, and represent the University of North Carolina at the NCA Collegiate National Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The UNC All-Girl Cheer program is a part of the Sports Clubs program. Because of this, we do not cheer at any athletic event nor represent the UNC Spirit Program. Our goal is to allow cheerleaders the opportunity to bond, grow, and compete at a higher, collegiate level. We prepare for our goals by practicing 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and an additional weight room day (varies). We also have several fundraising, volunteer, and team bonding events throughout the season.
Dues: A complete budget is in progress: numerous fundraising options are available to help with the cost per individual.
