It is the mission of The Helping Hand Project to use forward thinking and innovative technologies to provide useful prosthet ic devices to children that are financially and medically in need at no cost to the patient or their family. We have a team of student designers and builders who create and assemble the prosthetic hands for the children we are connected with. Additionally, we hold biannual family get-togethers for the children we have helped and their families where the kids can connect with other children that also have limb differences. We also hold biannual conferences for our chapter to network with other HHP chapters in the area.
