The Catalyst Group is an organization that was made to offer a more organized and personalized platform to help students break into alternative investing careers. The industry is notorious for its fast-paced and difficult recruitment process. A lot of information about securing an interview is opaque to those that don't have connections to people who went through the process. We want to offer our experiences to help students quickly prepare for the interview season and therefore act as a catalyst in their alternative investing careers.
